Wide Open Spaces is located in the southern foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in northeast Alabama. The stunning scenery makes an excellent backdrop for this rotationally grazed and grass-fed beef operation. Alabama has long been known for good food and good people. Wide Open Spaces seeks to uphold the agricultural traditions of days past while also bringing you high-quality, grass-fed beef that looks good, tastes good, and is good for you and your family. On average, grass-fed beef is lower in fat, higher in antioxidants, and higher in Omega-3's. Grass-fed beef is also better for the local environment you call home, due to its ability to improve the soil with organic matter, aid in water filtration, and restore local habitats and ecosystems. As Christians, we believe that it is our responsibility to be good stewards of the land in which God has provided us with. We seek to do more than just sell a product. We seek to improve our natural environment for the betterment of the local community, while also building relationships with our most important customer: YOU.
